Though the search engine is effective and user friendly, it would be easier to identify the required topic and choose among them. Also if any of the reported or published caselaws are no more holding the fort, being reversed or nullified because of change in law, there should a warning kind of thing.
Such warning can be sounded by the viewers if you provide a key for that, you view the key and approve it once you verify it.

The visitor on the Indian Kanoon comes for legal help or for update knowledge of the law. But when he do not get updated knowledge or statute not updated then wrong information may harm him in plce of to help him. I saw here Indian Copyright Act. It is a years old version. Please update all the statutes with the help of India Code. Thanks.

I tried a few searches and I think you have done a good job.
It would be a good idea to have a table of contents which can be used to navigate the entire repository of information that you have. If somebody is interest in say "marriage laws passed by Bihar", he/she could scroll to laws by state > bihar > family law > marriage law.

Shamnad Basheer, with some excellent folks, run a blog to
increase transparency in indian intellectual property policy/institutions. I have been a regular reader of spicyip and found it extremely useful in understanding intellectual property rights in India.
