can any lawyer withdraw t case without t concern of t client & if this happens what should t cliend do to get his justice ??????

i had a case in mumbai high court my land has been aquired by govt.of maharashtra . after aquisation of land some tenency matter was created by some high profile persons who had intrest in this land as it in heart of city. t land aquired id 11 acers & t tenency matter is against 4 acer . i had made a request to maharashtra govt to give me t award of 7 acers and keep behind t payment of 4 acers until t matter is resolved , but govt is not giving me my ammount.
what should i do as i am in need of money badly , i have lost my land & even not getting t payment of aquired land. i had filed t case for same in high court ,but state govt told t court as there is a tenency case we could not give t payment & high court told our lawyer either to withdraw t case or it will be dis missed by high court.can high court do such statement as i had hsked for t payment of un disputed land only
